Twelve Hearts is the emotional prelude to Luciano Heart’s visual and musical world — a concept album that unfolds in twelve chapters, one for each heartbeat, one for each month.
Born alongside his upcoming art calendar, the album merges music and imagery into a single narrative about time, desire, and memory. Every song captures a fleeting moment — a confession, a night, a body, a feeling that refuses to fade.
From the playful “Cherry Cola Crush” featuring Mya Parker, first revealed as a live version in October 2025 and inspired by a made-up summer drink, to the bilingual rock ballad “Forever en tu piel”. Twelve Hearts moves between vulnerability and strength, passion and restraint, English and Spanish — always speaking the universal language of emotion. “Tell Me If It’s Right” stands out as one of the most intimate moments of the record — released with the original demo vocals by GymMuscleX, preserving the honesty of the very first take.
The album also introduces “Wata Wata”, a hypnotic and sensual track that fuses electronic guitars and R&B beats — marking a new direction in GymMuscleX evolving sound.
